Hatch & Blossom Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Trade at any time without prior notice.
We have taken all reasonable measures to represent all items as accurately as possible. Some slight variations may occur, particularly with the colour of the items. Colour variations can occur due to differences in monitor settings or batch-to-batch variations during manufacture. Some items are handmade so slight variations can occur.
Rarely, unforeseen manufacturing, supply or delivery problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock unavailability. Rain checks will be offered wherever possible.
Prices, specifications and availability are all subject to change without notice. All prices quoted include GST if applicable and delivery is not included in these prices.
All prices for goods are shown in New Zealand Dollars and include GST. Hatch & Blossom Ltd reserves the right to modify pricing at any time and without prior notice.
We are committed to providing our customers with a secure and straight forward shopping experience. All online purchases with Hatch & Blossom Ltd take place in a secure environment utilising the latest security technology.
The accepted method of payment is credit card (VISA & MasterCard) via SWIPE HQ our payment gateway. Debit cards are not currently supported. Swipe HQ complies with global Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Data is SSL encrypted and securely transferred to our McAfee monitored secure servers. Swipe HQ also operates a fraud detection system. We do not accept direct credit to our bank account.
All content (text, images and otherwise) contained on this website is owned by Hatch & Blossom Ltd (or the respective owners of images). No content may be copied, re-used or reproduced in any way without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of any part of this website may give to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
Hatch & Blossom Ltd personally selects items that we would be happy to use ourselves. All items are inspected prior to dispatch and packed with care to ensure that you are delighted with your purchase. Under most circumstances we ensure that your order is packed and dispatched within 48 hours following receipt of cleared payment. If for some reason we cannot meet these time frames due to an item being temporarily out of stock we will advise you via email as soon as possible.
Dispatch and deliveries occur Monday-Friday only, any orders placed during Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched Monday. (excluding public holidays).
North Island $6.00 (includes RD delivery)
South Island $8.00 (includes RD delivery)
All packages are sent by courier, to physical addresses in New Zealand.
Hatch & Blossom Ltd uses Courier Post to safely deliver your purchases across New Zealand as promptly as possible. Once your order has been dispatch you can expect the following delivery times:
North Island 1-2 days
South Island 2-4 days
Rural Delivery 3-4 days
Your tracking number is emailed automatically to you with your shipping confirmation so that you can track and trace your order online.
*Due to the bulkiness of some of our items, shipping costs may greatly exceed the posted rates. In these rare cases a quote on shipping will be provided via email for your approval before the order is shipped.

: Returns Policy
If, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receipt so that we can action an appropriate solution.
Goods can be returned within 7 days for an exchange or store credit (excluding shipping costs) provided they are in brand new unused condition and in the original packaging with a copy of the receipt. Please note that for health and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned, e.g., paper straws, balloons and any food items. The cost of returning the items will be at the buyers expense.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 2 days at email@example.com so that we can try to fix the problem as quickly as possible.
This will usually include the item being replaced.

If you have changed your mind or have ordered the incorrect item please contact us within 2 days and you may return it to us within 7 days for an exchange or store credit. Please note: freight charges are non-refundable and return delivery is at the cost of the sender
Hatch & Blossom Ltd collects and retains information about its customers to:
• Advise customers of new products or services
• Statistically analyze site usage and products purchased
• Improve content and products offered on the site; and
• Improve customer ease and satisfaction
This information is held on our database and is not made available to any other party.

We are constantly reordering products as well as hunting out new items to carry. We hate to be out of your favorite items even more than you do – however like with all retail businesses, some items will sometimes run low, be discontinued without the knowledge of Hatch & Blossom Ltd or be back-ordered by our supplier.
If an item you have ordered is unavailable we will contact you immediately to let you know and provide you with the option to replace or refund your order.

We are not a retail shop so therefore do not always operate normal business hours.
